A new school year begins...

Today is the first day of school for my 4 biggest kiddos. It is a beginning to a year that will be different from all other years. First, Jacob started 6th grade! This is his last year in elementary and then it will be on to middle school....CRAZY! Second, Samantha started at a new school, The Mesa Academy for Advanced Studies. This will bit quite the adjustment for all of us. I heard someone say they should call it JR High. She travels/changes classes just like JR High and has 10 different teachers...CRAZY! She was nervous today so I cannot wait to hear how her day went and hug her through this transition. Hannah has also changed schools and begins 1st grade. We are so hopeful for her to have a much better year over last year. Nathan has his same teacher again this year and gets the privilege of helping her with all the new Kindergartners coming to school for the first time. He was very excited about his role. We too are excited and hope he will grow leaps and bounds.
