We all wait with baited breath when our precious baby gets their first tooth...and then in a blink of an eye, they grow up, and loose their first tooth! Jacob has had this top tooth wiggling for weeks and weeks now, and today we finally pulled it out. He was beaming with pride and wanted to call his Dad first thing to tell him. How much does the tooth fairy pay these days? In my day 25cents was hitting the tooth fairy lottery...I hear it can be as much as a buck these day. Is there any rule to giving a toy instead? Anyway, we are all proud over here...by the way, three more teeth are loose so he may be asking for two front teeth for Christmas!

Soo.. what did the tooth fairy end up bringing? A dollar bill for the first tooth, loose change for all others, and a silver dollar for first molar; that's the running rate at the Herrman's -even though we are pretty much done with that stage:( Let Jacob know I look forward to seeing his new grin on Sunday.
