Great News!

This is her first day of preschool picture from last week. She has started in the 4yr old class and loving every minute of it. She has some old friends from last year and new friends too.

Now for the really great news...I had a hearing today for Leeah's case, (which is a story for a post all it's own...let me tell you), anyway, there was a ruling in the appeal the birth mom filed against the severence decision. The judge annouced that the appeal was dismissed based on no evidence of any judicial error. Soooooo that means there is nothing stopping our adoption! Hip Hip Horray!!! We are waiting for our approval decision from the courts and we are headed to finalization. We couldn't be more excited...it is very possible she will be ours before the end of 2010! God's plan is the best plan, His timing is perfect...He had this planned long before we ever knew we were headed down this path. His power is Awesome!!!!
